VIRTUAL SALON: ‘Crisis Management at the Board Level: Crisis Case Studies’
June 27 @ 12:30 pm - 1:30 pm PDT
It’s not if your board will face a crisis, it’s when. Today’s boards must be prepared for all types of crises. While it’s not unusual for us to see news headlines of major company crises, understanding how to be prepared, how to respond, and how to mitigate the fallout of a crisis is critical for current board directors and aspiring directors alike.
