Join Us in Boston: ‘Boardroom Insights: The Role a Board Plays in Corporate Culture’

September 10 @ 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm EDT

Company culture can be observed in every action, attitude, and decision a company and its employees make. Culture affects every stakeholder, from customers and employees to investors and partners. Now more than ever, culture is considered a critical company asset. A company not only must agree on its strategy but its culture will either “enable” or “prevent” it from having a chance of success. Board directors must guide agree on key values and purpose – and how those values and purpose align to operational strategy.

Join us for an engaging in-person discussion with Athena Pioneer, Ellen Richstone, at her home in a Boston suburb. As an experienced corporate board director, Ellen will lead a discussion on how culture is created, protected, and led at the board level. She’ll discuss visibility and accountability, and how good corporate governance can help- and of course the interconnected role with Management who runs the company day to day. . She’ll also touch on what happens when culture is not a key focus of the board and why forward-thinking boards should not wait until a crisis occurs before making culture a priority.
