Alvina Antar

Alvina Antar is an IT executive with more than 15 years of experience in business transformation, global delivery and M&A integration. She has extensive experience building high-performance global teams delivering strategic results for Fortune 50 enterprises.Alvina currently serves as the CIO of Zuora where she is responsible for IT strategy and leads Zuora’s internal business applications and infrastructure. Prior to joining Zuora, Alvina spent 17 years at Dell driving business transformation, global delivery and mergers & acquisitions. Her agile IT strategy, which focused on emerging technologies and disruptive solutions, was integral to Dell’s evolution from hardware company to end-to-end solutions provider. She has extensive experience building high-performance global teams delivering strategic results for Fortune 50 enterprises.

Alvina was a 2016 Honoree for the CIO of the Year Award, presented by the Silicon Valley Business Journal and the San Francisco Times. She recently launched the first subscription CIO Exchange to create meaningful relationships with CIOs fueling digital transformation. A sought-after speaker, Alvina most recently spoke at the Girls in Tech Catalyst conference, which celebrates the most innovative women in the world. She holds a degree in Computer Science from the University of Houston .

Amy Bunszel

Amy Bunszel is a leader with over 20 years of experience innovating products across the technology industry. She currently serves as Vice President of Digital Engineering Products at  Autodesk where she manages product strategy and execution, championing a user experience that goes beyond usability to include research, visual design, and analytics. Her roots as a startup co-founder, combined with her deep product management knowledge and large-scale product execution expertise, make her a powerful leader and advisor in this age of digital growth.

At Autodesk, Amy drives growth for flagship products and leads a global team of 700 people in developing and delivering highly-adopted web services and mobile apps. With over two-dozen product offerings in both nascent and mature states, Amy’s team is responsible for more than $1.5B of Autodesk revenue and 60% of Autodesk’s subscribers. A proponent of leadership development, Amy is the executive sponsor of the Product Management Leadership Team, which drives practice excellence across Autodesk’s 200+ Product Managers. She is also a member of the President’s Council for Cornell Women and an advisor to the Entrepreneurship at Cornell Program. Amy holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Cornell University and an M.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst.

Lisa Campbell

Lisa Campbell is a well-respected leader with more than 20 years of experience crafting comprehensive, digital go-to-market strategy across the architectural, engineering, construction (AEC) and manufacturing industries.She currently serves as Vice President of Industry Strategy and Marketing at Autodesk, where she manages global industry and go-to-market strategy to establish Autodesk as the technology leader in digital product design and manufacturing. Her leadership spans product segmentation, positioning, messaging, pricing, and packaging for Autodesk’s disruptive new cloud SaaS offerings for the Enterprise and SMB sectors. In the past two years alone, Lisa has led the acquisition of more than 100,000 new users, successfully steering the company through the fierce competitive landscape of traditional manufacturing outlets and new cloud SaaS startups.

Lisa is a global thought leader on the future of construction, infrastructure, and manufacturing and is often called upon to assist executive leadership with positioning and communication. Her thoughts on manufacturing and small business have been published in USA Today and she is frequently invited to keynote and participate on panels at conferences across North America, Europe, and Asia. A proponent of leadership development, Lisa is an executive member of the Autodesk Women in Leadership program and an executive sponsor of Autodesk’s digital marketing training program for marketers around the world. She holds a B.A. in Mathematics and Computer Science from Boston College and an MBA, with distinction, in Marketing from Babson College.

Merline Saintil

Merline Saintil is a technology leader who has been recognized as one of the most Powerful Women Engineers in the World, a 40 under 40 honoree for Technology Diversity.Her leadership in the fast-growing sectors of cloud computing, online payments, and ecommerce distinguishes her as a trusted advisor and executive. Merline currently serves as the Head of Operations in Product & Technology at Intuit. She previously served as Head of Engineering Operations for Mobile and Emerging Products at Yahoo, where she led the development of multiple award-winning apps and scaled the organization to more than double its size through acquisitions and organic growth.

An advocate for diversity in tech, Merline sits on the board of Watermark, a Bay Area women’s membership organization, and on the board of Iridescent, an e-learning nonprofit that brings STEM education to underserved communities. She isa member of the Alumni Board of Directors at Carnegie Mellon, where she champions efforts to involve more women in STEM. Merline holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University and a Master’s Degree in Software Engineering Management from Carnegie Mellon University.

Yvonne Wassenaar

Allison Watson

Allison Watson is a leader with almost 20 years of experience shaping sales, marketing, and operations at Microsoft. She currently serves as the company’s Corporate Vice President of US Marketing and Operations at Microsoft where she optimizes marketing and sales operations and  uses her management experience and forward-thinking business mindset to inspire both employees and Microsoft customers.

Alison is dedicated sponsor of  several educational programs at Microsoft including Microsoft YouthSpark, Imagine Cup, and the Microsoft Apprentice internship programs. She holds a Bachelor’s in Economics from Stanford and an MBA from San Diego State University.

Kara Wilson

Kara Wilson is a leader with more than 20 years of experience  driving product and corporate marketing programs in enterprise technology. She has held a number of executive positions at market-leading enterprise technology companies, including CMO of SAP Cloud, CMO of SuccessFactors, and VP of Collaboration Solutions Marketing at Cisco Systems, CMO of Network General (acquired by NetScout), and VP of marketing communications at PeopleSoft before its acquisition by Oracle. Most recently Kara was CMO of Okta where she was responsible for all aspects of the company’s marketing strategy including branding, communications, partner, customer, Web, and field marketing. She currently serves as Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer at FireEye. She is a graduate of the University of California, Berkeley, where she was a celebrated Track and Field athlete and competed for the US team in two World Triathlon championships.

Kathy Zwickert

Kathy Zwickert is a strategic Chief Human Resources Officer with deep expertise in organizational culture, structure, strategic communications, and finance. She has more than 25 years of experience working with leaders, boards, and global teams to help companies scale and architect change. To drive business transformation, Kathy pairs financial expertise and corporate leadership experience with a deep understanding of the importance of people in building successful companies. In three years, Kathy scaled global employee population from 2000 employees to over 5000 employees, exceeding NetSuite’s goal of 30% net-new hires per year. Jan Becker

Jan Becker is a global HR leader known for her extensive executive experience and expertise in scaling organizations. Jan’s strategic engagement in transforming the business and culture extends to the board room, where she has partnered with BOD members on two CEO transitions. She also works with the Human Resources and Compensation Committee of the Autodesk Board of Directors, where she is accountable for executive compensation, equity programs, talent development and succession planning. Most recently Jan worked effectively with activist shareholders who are now part of the BOD.

Vijaya Kaza

Jessica Denecour

Jessica Denecour is a results-driven leader with more than 30 years of experience guiding global companies into the digital age. Barbara Massa

Olga Braylovskiy

Prior to her role as Basecamp COO, De Luca was Vice President and General Manager for Sears Holdings Corporation’s ecommerce business. There, Mercedes developed and implemented a business growth strategy that doubled revenue from $250MM to $500MM in three years.

Alyson Welch

Alyson is a sales leader with over 20 years of experience in the B2B, internet infrastructure, application security, and SaaS marketplaces. In her first 18 months, Alyson hired over 50 employees, growing Zignal’s revenue 3x.

Barbara Adey
